1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing OneKitchen.in, placing an order or using any service available through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty & Service Policy and any other terms displayed in relation to a particular product, offer or service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order through the website.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

A person placing an order must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law. Where an order is placed on behalf of another person, business or organisation, the person placing the order represents that they are authorised to do so.

3. India-Only Sales & Delivery

OneKitchen currently accepts orders for delivery within India only. Products purchased through OneKitchen.in will be dispatched only to serviceable addresses within India. We do not currently offer international shipping through the website.

4. Products Sold by OneKitchen

OneKitchen operates as a direct seller of products through OneKitchen.in and does not currently operate as a marketplace for third-party sellers.

Products listed for regular sale are intended to be new products. OneKitchen does not sell used, refurbished, open-box or display products as new products.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, features and other information shown on the website are accurate.

Product appearance, colour, packaging and accessories may occasionally vary slightly because of manufacturer updates, screen settings or changes introduced by the respective brand.

Where applicable, mandatory information such as manufacturer or importer details, country of origin, quantity, MRP and other declarations will be provided in accordance with applicable law and/or on the product packaging.

6. Product Compatibility

Customers should review dimensions, installation requirements, electrical requirements, gas connections, water connections, ducting requirements and other technical specifications before ordering.

If you are uncertain whether an appliance is suitable for your kitchen or installation location, please contact OneKitchen before placing the order. Our team can assist with product-selection guidance.

7. Prices & GST

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices displayed on OneKitchen.in are inclusive of applicable GST.

The final amount payable by the customer will be displayed before completion of checkout, including any applicable compulsory charges.

OneKitchen reserves the right to update product prices from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted by OneKitchen, except where required by law or where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

8. Pricing or Website Errors

Despite reasonable precautions, a product may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price, specification, discount or availability due to a technical, human or system error.

If an obvious error is identified before an order is processed or dispatched, OneKitchen may contact the customer for confirmation, correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

9. Placing an Order

Customers may place orders using a registered account or through guest checkout where available.

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, telephone number, delivery address and any other details required to process the order.

Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products and does not by itself guarantee acceptance of the order.

10. Order Verification

OneKitchen verifies every order by telephone before processing.

Our team may contact you to confirm:

• Customer name and contact details
• Delivery address
• Product and model selected
• Quantity ordered
• Payment method
• Installation or compatibility information where relevant
• Any other information reasonably required to process the order

11. Order Acceptance

An order is subject to verification, product availability, payment confirmation where applicable, delivery serviceability and other reasonable checks.

Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

12. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

OneKitchen may refuse, hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Product or stock unavailability
• Unserviceable delivery location
• Failed telephone verification
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Payment failure
• Obvious pricing or website error
• Suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised transaction
• Quantity restrictions or abnormal order patterns
• Other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible

Where OneKitchen cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

13. Payment Methods

Payment options available for a particular order will be displayed at checkout and may include cards, UPI, net banking, Cash on Delivery and other supported payment methods.

Online payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. Availability of a particular payment method may vary according to transaction value, product, location, payment-provider rules or risk checks.

14. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders with an order value of up to ₹20,000.

COD availability may depend on the product, order value, delivery PIN code and logistics serviceability.

OneKitchen does not currently charge a separate COD fee. Availability shown at checkout will determine whether COD can be used for a particular order.

15. Invoice

An invoice will be issued for eligible completed purchases. Customers should retain the invoice as proof of purchase for warranty, service, return and other support requirements.

16. Shipping & Delivery

OneKitchen offers free delivery to serviceable PIN codes across India unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product or transaction.

Estimated delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination, order verification, logistics serviceability and other operational requirements.

17. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of logistics disruption, weather, transport restrictions, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, incorrect customer details, customer unavailability, manufacturer delays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

18. Installation

Certain appliances may require installation by the respective brand's authorised technician.

Installation charges vary by product category and brand and, where applicable, are generally payable directly to the brand-authorised technician.

OneKitchen does not collect such installation charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Our role is generally limited to assisting with registration, coordination and escalation of installation requests.

19. Additional Installation Material

Ducting, pipes, fittings, electrical work, plumbing work, civil work, brackets, extension material or other site-specific requirements may involve additional charges payable to the respective technician or service provider. These charges are separate from the product price unless expressly included in the product listing.

20. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on the product, condition of the goods, nature of the issue and applicable law.

21. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude OneKitchen's obligations where goods are defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from what was advertised or otherwise subject to return, refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law.

22. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, OneKitchen will generally initiate the refund within 5–7 business days or such other period as may be required under applicable law. Banks, card issuers, UPI providers and payment gateways may require additional time to credit the amount after initiation.

23. Customer Cancellation

Customers should contact OneKitchen as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Orders that have not been dispatched can generally be cancelled more easily. Once dispatch has occurred, the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.

OneKitchen does not impose a separate cancellation fee merely for requesting cancellation. Where goods have already been dispatched and a customer requests a discretionary return, any applicable logistics treatment will be governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

24. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Product warranties are generally provided by the respective manufacturer and vary by brand, model and product category.

25. Discounts, Coupons & Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, coupon codes and discounts may be subject to specific eligibility, validity periods, product restrictions, minimum order values or other conditions.

OneKitchen may introduce, modify, limit, suspend or withdraw promotional offers from time to time, subject to applicable law and without ordinarily affecting an order already accepted under a valid offer.

26. User Accounts & Guest Checkout

Customers may be permitted to purchase through guest checkout or by creating an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please inform OneKitchen promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

27. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Place orders using unauthorised payment instruments.
• Attempt to misuse discounts, coupons or promotions.
• Attempt to interfere with website security or operation.
• Use automated systems to extract website content without permission.
• Make fraudulent return, refund, warranty or damage claims.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

28. Reviews & Product Feedback

Where OneKitchen allows customer reviews or feedback, submissions should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent content. OneKitchen will not represent itself as a consumer or publish fabricated customer reviews.

29. Intellectual Property

Website content including the OneKitchen name, logo, page design, text, graphics, original photographs and other materials created by or for OneKitchen may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, trademarks and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on OneKitchen does not transfer ownership of those rights.

30. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided by third parties, including payment gateways, logistics companies, manufacturers and authorised service technicians. Their own operational terms may apply to services they directly provide. OneKitchen remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law.

31. Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting OneKitchen, you agree that transaction-related communications may be sent by email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or other reasonable communication channels using the contact information you provide. Marketing communications, where sent, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available consent preferences.

32. Privacy

Personal information collected through OneKitchen.in will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

33. Website Availability

OneKitchen aims to keep the website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, network failures or other technical causes.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OneKitchen will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law, including rights relating to defective goods, deficient services, unfair trade practices or product liability.

35. Force Majeure

OneKitchen will not be treated as responsible for delay or inability to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, transport disruption, widespread logistics interruption or similar events, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

36. Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to supplement and not remove any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and other applicable laws in India.

37. Grievance Redressal

Customers may raise complaints relating to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, products, payments, warranty or services with our Grievance Officer.

Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and will be addressed within one month from the date of receipt in accordance with applicable e-commerce consumer-protection requirements. A complaint or reference number will be provided where applicable for tracking the grievance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

40. Jurisdiction

Subject to any statutory rights allowing a consumer to approach an appropriate Consumer Commission or other competent authority, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with OneKitchen will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

42. Changes to These Terms

OneKitchen may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, business processes, products or website functionality. The updated version will be published on this page with the applicable revision date.
