Warranty & Service
Support for product warranty, installation and after-sales service through authorized brand networks.
Warranty & Service Support
OneKitchen sells kitchen appliances from established brands and assists customers with installation coordination, warranty registration and after-sales service requests.
Product warranty is generally provided by the respective manufacturer and is subject to that brand's warranty terms, conditions and coverage.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Products purchased from OneKitchen may include a manufacturer's warranty depending on the brand, product category and model.
Warranty duration, covered components, exclusions and service conditions vary by manufacturer. The warranty terms issued by the respective brand will apply to the product.
2. OneKitchen's Role
OneKitchen assists customers in connecting with the relevant manufacturer's authorized installation or service network.
Our support team can help with:
- Installation request coordination
- Warranty service request registration
- Following up with the respective brand
- Sharing order and invoice information where required
- Escalating delayed service requests where possible
- Guidance on the appropriate next steps for product issues
3. Installation Support
Certain products such as kitchen chimneys, hobs, built-in appliances, dishwashers and water purifiers may require installation by the manufacturer's authorized technician.
OneKitchen can assist in registering and coordinating the installation request after delivery.
Installation charges vary depending on the product category and brand. Any applicable charges are generally payable directly to the brand-authorized technician. OneKitchen does not collect installation charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Installation Site Requirements
Before installation, customers should ensure that the installation location is suitable for the product.
This may include:
- Adequate installation space
- Required electrical points and voltage
- Gas connection arrangements, where applicable
- Ducting or ventilation provision for kitchen chimneys
- Water inlet and drainage points for dishwashers or water purifiers
- Suitable furniture or counter cut-outs for built-in appliances and hobs
5. Additional Installation Material
Additional materials such as duct pipes, bends, brackets, electrical wiring, plumbing accessories, extension pipes, civil work or other site-specific items may not be included with the product. Any applicable cost will normally be communicated by the authorized technician and may be payable directly to them.
6. How to Raise a Service Request
If you require warranty or service assistance, please contact OneKitchen with the following details:
- Order number
- Customer name and contact number
- Product name and model
- Product serial number, where applicable
- Description of the issue
- Photographs or video where helpful
- Previous service request number, if already registered
7. Brand-Authorized Technician
For warranty-related technical issues, the manufacturer may appoint an authorized technician to inspect the product. The technician may diagnose the issue, repair the appliance or recommend replacement of a component in accordance with the brand's warranty policy.
8. Product Replacement Under Warranty
Product replacement is not automatically available for every technical issue.
Where a manufacturer or authorized service representative confirms that a product qualifies for replacement, OneKitchen will assist with the required coordination. Approval remains subject to the respective brand's warranty policy and verification process.
9. Parts Replacement
If a component requires replacement during the warranty period, the manufacturer or its authorized service provider will determine whether the part is covered under warranty. Parts outside warranty coverage may be chargeable.
10. What Warranty May Not Cover
Warranty coverage depends on the individual manufacturer's terms. Typical exclusions may include:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Accidental or physical damage after delivery
- Unauthorized repair, modification or alteration
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Electrical voltage fluctuations or unsuitable power supply
- Damage caused by water, fire, pests or external events
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable parts or accessories where excluded by the manufacturer
- Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
- Issues caused by inadequate maintenance or cleaning
11. Unauthorized Installation or Repair
Customers are advised to use brand-authorized technicians where required. Installation, repair or modification by an unauthorized person may affect warranty coverage according to the manufacturer's policy.
12. Proof of Purchase
Customers should retain the OneKitchen invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Manufacturers may request the invoice, product serial number or warranty card before providing warranty service.
13. Warranty Registration
Some manufacturers may require product registration for warranty or service purposes. Where applicable, customers should complete the registration process using the manufacturer's website, application, customer-care service or authorized technician.
14. Service Timelines
Service response and resolution times depend on the product, brand, location, technician availability and availability of spare parts.
OneKitchen will assist with follow-up and escalation where possible, but technician scheduling, spare-part availability and final technical resolution are controlled by the respective brand or authorized service provider.
15. Service Outside the Warranty Period
Products outside the manufacturer's warranty period may still be serviced by the brand's authorized service network. Inspection, labour, transportation, spare parts and other applicable charges may be payable by the customer directly to the service provider.
16. Transit Damage or Product Received Damaged
Damage identified at the time of delivery is handled separately from normal warranty service. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact OneKitchen as soon as possible.
17. Customer Responsibility
Customers should:
- Use the appliance according to the manufacturer's instructions
- Follow recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Use appropriate electrical, gas, water and ventilation connections
- Retain proof of purchase
- Allow reasonable access to authorized technicians for inspection or service
18. Warranty Terms May Vary
Warranty periods and conditions may vary between brands and even between models from the same brand. Product-specific warranty information provided by the manufacturer takes precedence over general information stated on this page.
